A numbered run of 25 copies of this promo were produced. But the project ran into copyright difficulties and was eventually halted. Therefore, this is the rarest of the Neon Lights releases. It is also notable as the only Simple Minds release which doesn't feature any Simple Minds.

The cover artwork was also altered slightly to state "Original Versions Of Songs Covered On".
