The full standard album was pressed up on a numbered, watermarked CDR and housed in a colour card sleeve which featured the final artwork. A
sticker, with terms of use, was placed over the opening which had to be cut or ripped in order to get the CD. The sticker also featured the same
number.
(I've altered the images here to be "1" - but my copy has a different number.)
Copies were very rare. I suspect only 200 were pressed.
