good news from the next world sampler

tracks
1-1. She's A River(5:31)
1-2. Night Music(5:23)
1-3. Hypnotised(5:53)
1-4. Criminal World(5:03)

catalogue
Virgin SMPRO 1

format
Transparent cassette with white type in custom promotional sleeve.

release date
January 1995

additional information
This was one of the few mass-produced "professional" promotional cassettes to be issued by Virgin (the others being made in duplication shops with typed sleeves). The cassette had printed titles (much as a commercial issue), the inlay card was professionally printed and the whole package was given a catalogue number.

This promo was relatively common when the album was first launched but is very rare now.

Initially it was quite scarce but hardly any copies surface today.

tracks
1-1. She's A River[Acapella](5:03)
1-2. Night Music[Edit](4:29)
1-3. Hypnotised[TLA Edit](4:34)

catalogue
Virgin

format
Black cassette with typed labels in a Virgin typed sleeve.

release date
September 1994

additional information
By September 1994, extra material was being produced from the final mixes of the album in preparation for the singles. Three of these "extra tracks" appeared on a cassette manufactured by Chop 'Em Out for Virgin.

The cassette was made on the 19th September 1994. At this time, the two potential single tracks had been edited down, and an "Acapella" remix of She's A River had been prepared. The Acapella was never released; instead it was further edited down and eventually appeared as the Duo Mix.

Initially it was quite scarce but hardly any copies surface today.
