This promotional cassette collected together all the tracks on the standard editions of the Hypnotised commercial issues (omitting the limited edition box). Neither the Extended Remix Instrumental or Malfunction Mix Instrumental were ever commerically released.

The tape was duplicated by Virgin's in-house duplication department.

Quite a few copies were circulating when the single was released, but it has now become very rare.
