night of the proms '08 winter dates

After a successful series of Proms Concerts in the spring, Jim and Charlie returned to conclude the winter Proms season. It wasn’t just a simple repeat of previous months’ shows; although the Simple Minds Suite was replaced by a topical James Bond Suite, Waterfront made its orchestral debut and Sinead O’Conner sang the traditional She Moved Through The Fair vocals whilst guesting on Belfast Child.

Jim’s T-shirt with a striking new Claddagh design generated envious comment and thankfully turned up as merchandising for the 30 Years Live tour.

The colour 24 page tour programme was similar to previous Proms programmes and featured one page biographies of the major artists and various adverts.
