Real Life Tour

Information and tour dates coming soon.

The glossy colour tour programme was mainly a picture book with brief biographies of all the main players.

The bootleg tour programmes offered more with several interviews and features culled from various music magazines.

Most of the tour passes were stick-on-material of different sizes and colours. They all included blank spaces where the venue name or date could be stamped.

The whole gig was recorded by Virgin Records and almost the entire concert has now been released across various singles, fan club freebies and compilations.

It was also filmed and an hour of material was broadcast by BBC Two in December 1991. However Simple Minds weren't happy with some aspects of the production and so the film was never officially released.

A copy of the film was given away as a competition prize through the official fanclub.

However, edits from the film were used for the Love Song 1992 promo video which was officially released on the Glittering Prize 81/92 video.
