"Steve Osborne has maintained strongholds in several different areas of music over the 15 years he's
been producing. Hugely prolific in his co-production and remixing of some of the most influential dance tracks of
the early to mid-90's with Paul Oakenfold as Perfecto (including the seminal
"Not Over Yet" for Grace, and "Unfinished Sympathy" for Massive Attack) – under the
Perfecto moniker they also remixed "Wrote For Luck" for
The Happy Mondays, which led to them producing the award-winning "Pills n’ Thrills and Bellyaches" LP,
and was the catalyst for indie bands to begin crossing over into the club scene."
"Steve then quickly became known for hugely successful and diverse productions in his
own right, which ranged from New Order, Placebo,
Doves, U2, KT Tunstall and Elbow.
In the last few years productions have included A Ha's biggest selling album for over a decade
"Foot Of The Mountain", an album for multi-million selling US artist Vanessa Carlton and an
album for Faris Rotter's critically-acclaimed "Cat's Eyes" project." - www.140db.co.uk
