Berenice Scott is the daughter of Robin Scott the man behind M and their smash hit
Pop Muzik and Brigit Novik on backing vocals. She was born in Paris. Brigit Novik -
her mother - is French. Berenice has worked as a singer with Phil Gould of Level 42 on
two albums, Watertight & Terraforming. As a keyboard session player she has performed with
Johnny Hates Jazz, David Mcalmont, and RCA/Sony British band Raygun. With
Raygun she supported P!NK on her European tour Funhouse.

Before joining Simple Minds, Berenice was touring live with Heaven 17 after being recruited into the band's line-up in 2011 for
live performances of The Luxury Gap. Before that, she released her own solo album, Ten Takes, in 2007, and has worked on varied
projects, collaborating with Level 42's Phil Gould and Willy Badarou, and playing live with Johnny Hates Jazz.
