This Is Your Land was the second promotional push for Street Fighting Years, issued in the month before the new album hit the sales stands. Virgin continued with their multiple formats, now issuing singles on five formats (in this case 7", 12", cassette, 3" CD and gatefold limited edition 12").

The title track appeared in album form, but the B-side was filled with two outtakes from the Street Fighting Years sessions: Saturday Girl and Year Of The Dragon.

Again, the Theme was simply a copy of the original CD issue.
