For some reason (probably due to regulations from the chart compilers who gradually started restricting formats), the cassette single started to
feature the same tracks as the 7" instead of the 12" (as it had done so previously). (This was probably due to the success of Kylie's
Hand On Your Heart which prompted the chart compilers to include the sales of cassette singles). The sleeve also bore the ugly
Cassette Single logo.
It was still a lavish package with full colour inlay housed in a plastic case.
Both sides played the same.
Mint copies can still be found today.

additional information
The limited edition 12" was the only commerical format to include the Unauthorised Mix of the title track. The package itself
was exceptionally lavish with the 12" single housed in a large glossy gatefold sleeve with the addition of a doubled sided colour
poster. The poster carried the main shot of Jim on one side and a collection of previous album
covers on the other - this was the only recognition of Simple Minds' tenth anniversary.
Lots of copies were made despite it being a limited edition, so mint versions should still be easy to find.
