Copies were shrinkwrapped with red stickers stuck to the plastic shrinkwrap:
They were a little misleading, perhaps suggesting the set included a book. However, it referred to the actual packaging which was
a multiple gatefold sleeve, a little like the leaves of a book.
Initial orders included a reproduction set-list for the Orpheum Theatre. This was printed on thick card and was signed by
Jim and Charlie :
