A large number of these promos were produced and mint copies should still be quite numerous today.
It was housed in a jewelcase with backing artwork (pictured) but no front cover insert. This was not a mistake or obmission,
and became the standard all all the US promos from this period.
Another unique feature of this promo was the artwork. It appeared to include an early version of the hessian and
paint logos which would appear on the final product.
