- The final three "singles" to be released for Good News From The Next World were all promotional
CDs issued by various Virgin subsiduaries to promote tour visiting their countries.
- The first was issued by Virgin America, part of preparations for the tour revisiting the USA in May. The tour plans changed, but the record
company still pressed on, and issued this promo along with their version of the Hypnotised single that month.
- The two track CD featured a unique version of the title track, but was just a quick fade of the album version, designed to knock its total time down for
potential radio play.
- The artwork featured a unique picture of the band, taken at a later photo session which featuring the touring line-up. Oddly coloured, inverted and taken from
an unknown shoot, the image was hardly recognisable as Simple Minds. Like the other US promos from this campaign, it only had a backing sleeve.
