- The World Is Mine, which featured a sample of Someone Somewhere (In Summertime), turned up on
David Guetta's 2004 album Guetta Blaster.
- JD Davis' lyrics gave the song a Depeche Mode feel.
- During December 2004, two 12" promos, each limited to 100 copies, were distributed to select DJs. The song started getting
airplay, particularly in Denmark.
- CD promos were also pressed up and sent out.
- All the promo remixes, with the exception of the Black Strobe Remix, heavily featured the
Simple Minds sample.
- The commercial single was released on the 21st February on two 12" singles and a CD. All the tracks featured on the promos appeared
on the commercial copies.
- The official website (www.davidguetta.com) doesn't mention the release
yet.
